We are located at Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, UAE.
Lobo Events and Rentals offers delivery service quoted as a round trip fee. Fees are based on timing, location, and difficulty of installation. For most areas in Dubai, delivery charge is AED 300.00 Please note that the customer is responsible for all the equipment from the time of delivery until it has been returned to Lobo Events and Rentals. The customer is also responsible for damaged or missing items and verifying an accurate count of rentals received and returned.
You may opt to self-collect; timing is Monday through Sunday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM.
You may send an email inquiry at info@loboevents.com, indicating your name, requirements, delivery address of a person, and date of event.
Strictly advance payment or cash upon delivery.
All rates quoted are based on 24hr rental period per item. However we allow extra time for customer to pick-up/drop off at your location. Any rental equipment kept longer than specified time will be charged according to our price schedule.
We accept changes to your order at least 1 day prior to the delivery date. We can add items to your order on the day of delivery based on availability, but however if we deliver it after our truck has left the warehouse with your equipment, we would charge another delivery fee.
We suggest that you place your order as soon as possible to guarantee availability. Product counts can be adjusted as your event date approaches.
Lobo Events and Rentals offer clients with existing orders a 24 hour/7 days a week on-call service.
Remove food from dishware and rinse. Additional charges may be applied for items that are returned unclean.
